Hello there… it’s me, Lizelle; lover of all things pretty. I am the lead florist as well as the creative mind behind Pronkertjie Flower & Décor Styling. I, along with my Design Team, create beautiful displays of signature style florals with handpicked décor to create imaginative settings for memorable occasions. Being just a hop, skip & jump away from the buzzing cities of Gauteng, we love designing one-of-a-kind floral moments of happiness. A wise man once said “An artist is not paid for his labour but for his vision – James Whistler”. For me, flowers are the paint & the room is my canvas. Flowers can inspire with awe. Flowers have the ability to transform the ordinary into a whimsical affair with beauty beyond words. Being a Florist, I am blessed to work with some of the most beautiful living things that God created whilst exploring new avenues of bringing dreams & visions to life. As a floral artist, my style is unique to who I am and by definition an extension of myself. I love using a variety of blooms to create interest, colour and texture. Pronkertjie’s signature style is so much more than just one thing… it can be described as free-form and natural, yet elegant & sophisticated. Each flower is placed exactly where it needs to be in that very moment. I strive to always be true to who I am as a person and to keep on creating floral trails of prettiness as I go along. Success can be seen as a series of small wins while on your journey to fulfilling your dreams. Small beginnings always lead to big endings. I hope that our paths will cross and that we will meet somewhere along the way. Together we can fulfil all our floral dreams; starting with your special day.      I had the honor of being a model for a Styled Wedding Shoot in March for Pronkertjie... what an experience! I didn't know what to expect from the shoot but what I saw was absolute talent.      Pronkertjie ismade up of two fantastic sisters with an eye for detail, hearts of gold and a magic touch for all things floral & decorative. Pink Book has worked with Pronkertjie a couple of times and each experience has been amazing. In January 2018, I asked Pronkertjie to decorate our stand at the Oakfield Farm Summer Bridal Expo - Pink Book is based in Cape Town and the expo is held in Johannesburg. Lizelle and Chantelle sent me mood boards of their vision for Pink Book's stand. They kept the communication open and made us feel like our stand was taken care of. The stand was beautiful - the colours, trends, flowers and furniture were perfect - so perfect as a matter of fact, that our stand won THE SHOW STOPPER AWARD!!!
